By registering to the event, you agree to processing of the personal data you submit as part of registration for the following purposes:
- to communicate with you regarding the event;
- as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the event.
To whom do we disclose the information you provide when your register for the event?
By registering to the event, you agree that the office of MEP Heidi Hautala may disclose the personal data you submit as part of registration to the European Parliament’s visitor accreditation services.
How do we store and manage the information provided?
Any personal information provided is stored only up until the event after which data is purged. The information is stored at a secure location with access provided only to the staff of MEP Hautala.
